​My name is Austin Moser,  for over 15 years I owned and operated a successful landscape and construction company service in Bucks County.

Throughout that time, I worked closely with homeowners to build, maintain and improve their properties. Managing everything from large scale landscape installations to renovations and structural projects. That experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of how homes function, how properties age and how small issues can quickly become costly problems if left unaddressed.

Over time, I recognized a growing need among homeowners who live both locally and outside of the area - who required a trusted, capable professional to oversee their property while they were away. 

 

This led to the creation of Northeast Estate Management. 

My background in construction, mechanical systems, and property maintenance allows me to assess homes with a trained and experienced eye. During each visit - I am evaluating those systems, exterior conditions and any signs of a developing issue. 

If something requires attention, I have the experience and resources to address it.
