Owning a secondary home should bring enjoyment - not stress. Our property monitoring program is designed for homeowners who reside primarily outside the area but want reliable, professional oversight of their investment.

 

During each scheduled visit, we inspect: Plumbing fixatures & visible piping, HVAC operation, electrical systems, appliances, windows & doors, signs of leaks or moisture intrusion, storm or exterior damage, security concerns, general condition of the home and property.

 

If an issue arises, we coordinate repairs immediately. We provide photo documentation and reporting. We also provide package retrieval, deliveries and meetings.

 

 

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & MANAGEMENT

 

Deign a plan to keep your property and estate maintained regularly. Services include:
